5Identity and Payment Verification

Bull99 may request a MyKad, passport, proof of address, selfie, bank statement, e-wallet ownership record, transaction receipt, or source-of-funds information. Documents must be genuine, clear, current, and submitted by the account holder. Additional checks may be required after changes to account details or unusual activity.

Bull99 may delay a deposit credit, withdrawal, bonus, or account change while verification is incomplete. This is a security measure and does not itself imply wrongdoing. Failure to provide satisfactory information within a reasonable period may result in restrictions, cancellation of a transaction, or closure of the account.

6Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits may be offered through DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, or supported cryptocurrency channels. Availability, limits, and processing times can vary. Bull99 will display applicable minimums, maximums, and fees before confirmation where relevant.

All deposits must come from a payment account owned by the verified Bull99 player. Third-party payments, reversed transactions, chargeback abuse, and deposits made with unauthorised funds are prohibited. Account balances are not bank deposits and do not earn interest. Currency conversion or provider charges may apply when the original payment is not made in MYR.

7Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Every Bull99 bonus is governed by its stated eligibility rules, minimum deposit, qualifying products, wagering requirement, maximum stake, expiry period, and withdrawal limit. A player must review those conditions before opting in. Unless expressly stated otherwise, one promotional offer is available per person, household, payment source, device, or shared network.

You must check the selection, odds, stake, and potential return before confirming a wager. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Bull99 may void a bet where there is a clear pricing error, duplicate acceptance, corrupted data feed, event integrity concern, or technical fault that materially affects the offered market.

9Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC, payment ownership checks, completion of applicable wagering requirements, account limits, and review of transaction activity. Bull99 will normally return funds through the same method used to deposit where that method supports payouts. An alternative verified method may be required where the original channel is unavailable.

Bull99 may request further information before releasing funds. Players should ensure recipient details are accurate because completed transfers may be irreversible.

10Prohibited Conduct

Bull99 prohibits activity that threatens fair play, player security, payment integrity, or platform operations. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Using false, stolen, altered, or misleading identity and payment information;
• Operating multiple accounts or coordinating accounts to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, scraping tools, or unauthorised software;
• Collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation, bonus abuse, or exploitation of game errors;
• Attempting to access another player’s account or interfere with Bull99 systems;
• Using the services to launder money, disguise unlawful funds, or facilitate criminal activity.

Bull99 may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant records, restrict affected funds, and take proportionate action. That action may include voiding impacted wagers, removing improperly obtained benefits, suspending access, or closing the account.

11Responsible Gambling

Bull99 provides gambling entertainment solely to players aged 21 and above. Players should set affordable budgets, avoid chasing losses, take regular breaks, and never gamble with money required for rent, bills, education, or family commitments. Gambling must not be treated as a source of income.

Account tools may include deposit limits, cooling-off periods, reminders, and self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request applies according to the period and scope confirmed by Bull99. 12Technical Faults and Service Availability

Bull99 aims to provide stable access but does not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, internet disruption, device compatibility, supplier outages, payment network failures, or events outside reasonable control can affect availability. A player is responsible for maintaining a suitable device and a secure internet connection.

Where a confirmed technical error causes an incorrect balance, duplicated payment, impossible game result, or clearly inaccurate odds, Bull99 may correct the record to the position that would reasonably have existed without the error. Players may not knowingly retain or exploit funds credited by mistake.

13Suspension and Account Closure

A player may request account closure through Bull99 support, subject to identity verification and settlement of valid obligations. Bull99 may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, failed verification, underage use, payment disputes, security risk, prolonged inactivity, responsible gambling protection, or legal and compliance reasons.

Before releasing a remaining eligible balance, Bull99 may complete outstanding verification and deduct valid unsettled charges or funds connected to prohibited conduct. Closing an account does not remove rights or obligations that arose before closure, including duties concerning investigations, disputes, privacy, and payment records.

14Privacy and Communications

15Liability and Player Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bull99 is not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by a player’s breach, unauthorised credential sharing, incorrect payment details, personal device failure, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16Changes, Severability, and Contact

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
